PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO REGULATION (EU) 2016/679

Introduction
This document (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) provides information about the processing of the personal data collected by the company Zanardi Fonderie (hereinafter the “Company” or “Data controller”) through the website www.zanardifonderie.it (hereinafter the “Website”). It therefore constitutes a privacy policy for data subjects pursuant to the current legislation and the provisions of article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “Regulation”). A specific privacy policy is generally published in sections of the Website where the user’s personal data are collected and in any case supplements this Privacy Policy.

Browsing data

DATA STORAGE PERIOD
In compliance with the provisions of article 5.1.(c) of the Regulation, the information systems and computer programmes used by the Company are configured in such a way as to minimise the use of personal and identification data; these date shall be processed only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy; the data shall be kept for no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes actually pursued. In any case, the criteria used to determine the length of the storage period shall be based on compliance with the terms permitted by the applicable laws and by the principles of processing minimisation, storage limitation and rational archive management. The data controller takes the following into consideration when determining the appropriate period for keeping personal data saved by the site with the user’s consent: the specific purposes set out in the policy, for which the website archives the personal information; the type of relationship existing with the user (how often the user logs into his or her account; if the user makes requests through contact forms; if the user continues receiving newsletters or commercial communications; how regularly he or browses the website, etc.); any specific request from the user to erase his or her data or withdraw consent; the data controller’s legitimate commercial interest.

USERS’ RIGHTS
The users to which the personal data relate shall be entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not those data exist, and to find out the content and source, check that they are accurate or request that they be completed or updated, rectified, erased or restricted, or to object to their processing or lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation. Moreover, pursuant to Articles 7, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 77 of the same Regulation, each user shall be entitled to request information regarding the collection and use of his or her personal data, to access them, rectify them, erase them (right to be forgotten), restrict their processing, be notified when the personal data are rectified or cancelled or when processing is restricted. Users shall also be entitled to data portability, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, as well as to object, in any case, in the cases provided for by the law, to their processing, to lodge complaints with the competent Data protection authority regarding the collection and processing of personal information, to withdraw consent to the processing of the personal data at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up until that time based on the withdrawn consent.

AMENDMENTS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
If amendments are made to this Privacy Policy, the amended version shall be published on this Website. Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. shall inform the user of these changes as soon as they are made and they shall be binding upon publication on the Website.
