In Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. we aspire to accompany our Colleagues in every moment of their professional experience, paying the utmost attention in the processes of reception, insertion and enhancement of skills. We constantly invest to guarantee a healthy and safe workplace and to develop our production processes while respecting the environment, because we aim for virtuous and sustainable development, mainly to protect future generations.
Training and Personal Growth between Work and Life
We combined continuous improvement, corporate social responsibility, and work-life balance with training. With this in mind, we offered the employees of Zanardi Fonderie an itinerant training course in the Minerbe area, transforming the compulsory training hours required by the labor contract into an opportunity for personal and cultural enrichment. We learned how to be “athletes at work” and how to eat healthily without sacrificing taste and tradition. Additionally, we had fun in the theater with an improv show on safety. Finally, we attended a session to learn the fundamentals of lean management and, through a workshop, applied them to our organizational reality.
Open Day 2023
No, we don’t believe in the cliché that imagines the company as a big family. Let’s face it: family is family and colleagues are colleagues. However, Zanardi Fonderie is a family business with an almost century-old history behind it, made up of passion and sharing. Our commitment to promoting personal well-being is concrete: work-life balance is supported by structured individual smart working agreements and by flexible working hours, signed in the supplementary company contract, which allows our workers to better manage their professional experience. Let’s not forget total transparency and the desire to continue to describe a complex but highly technological and advanced world. In September 2023, on the occasion of the first company Open Day, the doors of the company opened to all collaborators and their loved ones, for a convivial day of mutual knowledge. Because we are not a big family but, for Zanardi Fonderie, families come first.
