TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data that will be processed is expressly given in the form used to register your CV, which is available at www.zanardifonderie.com, and relates to the following categories of information: personal details, contact details, data contained in your CV and regarding your educational qualifications and work experience, as well as any other data that you might include in your CV. In the event that your application progresses, further personal data relating to tests and interviews will be acquired and processed. We invite you not to provide any “special” categories of data on your CV, with the exception of that data which you consider to be absolutely essential in order to allow Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. to assess your application appropriately. Personal data is considered “special” if it might reveal, for example, racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other types of convictions, political opinions, membership of a political party, trade union, or any association or organisation with a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data that might reveal details about your health or sex life.
In any case, we inform you that any “special” categories of data that you voluntarily provide Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. – by sending your CV in an electronic format – can only be processed for the purposes indicated in the following paragraph.
It should be noted that applicants, in the context of processing personal data as referred to in this information notice, will not be subject to automated decision-making processes based on the search and selection process.
PURPOSES FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED AND THE LEGAL BASIS FOR DOING SO
The data that we ask you to provide, by completing the form on www.zanardifonderie.com and by sending your CV, is collected for the purposes of searching for and selecting applicants (the legal basis being to fulfil the necessary activities to execute pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject, pursuant to article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation no. 679/2016). Providing the data marked with an asterisk (*) in the form is mandatory. If you choose not to provide the mandatory data, Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. will not be able to accept or process your application.
Processing any “special” categories of data that concern you (with particular reference to data belonging to a protected category) will be subject to your express consent, which you can provide at the bottom of the registration form (the legal basis being your consent pursuant to article 9(2)(a) of EU Regulation no. 679/2016).
Furthermore, with your consent, to be given at the bottom of the registration form, Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. will be able to send you job openings that match your professional profile. In this case, your consent is optional and, therefore, if you do not consent, it will not be possible to send you job openings that match your professional profile, without prejudice to the purposes for which providing your personal data is mandatory.
You may revoke your consent, given freely, at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you revoked your consent. You may revoke your consent by sending an email to: email@example.com.

Specifically, your CV will be stored for a maximum of 18 months from the date on which it is received if your application does not lead to an interview. If, on the other hand, you are invited to an interview, your CV, together with the assessment result, will be stored for 5 years in the event that your application is not assessed positively. If, however, your application is assessed positively, and you are subsequently hired, your CV will be filed in your employee file.
