The data that we ask you to provide, by completing the form on www.zanardifonderie.com and by sending your CV, is collected for the purposes of searching for and selecting applicants (the legal basis being to fulfil the necessary activities to execute pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject, pursuant to article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation no. 679/2016). Providing the data marked with an asterisk (*) in the form is mandatory. If you choose not to provide the mandatory data, Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. will not be able to accept or process your application.

In this case, your consent is optional and, therefore, if you do not consent, it will not be possible to send you job openings that match your professional profile, without prejudice to the purposes for which providing your personal data is mandatory.
You may revoke your consent, given freely, at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you revoked your consent. You may revoke your consent by sending an email to: privacy@zanardifonderie.com.

If, on the other hand, you are invited to an interview, your CV, together with the assessment result, will be stored for 5 years in the event that your application is not assessed positively. If, however, your application is assessed positively, and you are subsequently hired, your CV will be filed in your employee file.
