Subscription to the Zanardi Fonderie newsletter | Privacy policy

The newsletter produced by Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. (hereinafter, “Zanardi”) is published on Zanardi’s institutional internet site and is distributed via email – automatically and at no charge – to those parties who request to receive it by completing the form on this page.

Zanardi uses Sendinblue (https://it.sendinblue.com/legal/privacypolicy/) as the software platform to send the newsletter to registered users.

The data provided will be processed by IT and telematic tools for the sole purpose of providing the service requested and, for this reason, data will be kept exclusively for the period in which the service remains active.
Personal data is only requested in order to send the newsletter. Boxes marked with an asterisk are optional.

The legal basis for processing is given by the consent provided by the user who wishes to receive the Zanardi newsletter.

The Controller, in terms of processing personal data, is Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A., with offices at Via Nazionale, 3, 37046 Minerbe (VR), Italy; email: privacy@zanardifonderie.com.

Data will be processed exclusively by Zanardi employees and contractors or by parties expressly appointed as Processors (e.g. for the site’s technological maintenance needs).

Data Subjects have the right to obtain from Zanardi, in the cases provided for, access to the personal data that concerns them, the rectification and erasure of such data, and to limit the processing of this data or to object to this data being processed (articles 15 and following of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Data Subjects who believe that their personal data has been processed through this service in breach of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, as provided for by art. 77 of the same Regulation, or to take appropriate legal action (art. 79 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).


Sendinblue provides for an automatic cancellation procedure: at the bottom of each newsletter, which is sent by email, there is an “unsubscribe” link. Users can click this link to automatically stop receiving the newsletter. Subscription to the newsletter can be cancelled or changed at any time and without charge.
