Improvisation and collaboration meet on stage through corporate theater

As part of Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A.’s training marathon, a special event was organized that involved all the company’s employees:
“Safety on Stage“, an innovative meeting that combined the art of theater with training on workplace safety.
During the event, participants were involved in theatrical improvisations specifically designed for the foundry context, interspersed with moments of analysis and reflection.

Corporate theater, a powerful tool for stimulating creativity, was used to engage employees in an immersive way on the importance of health and safety in the production departments. Participants had the opportunity to explore new perspectives on safety, tackling common workplace situations in a different, fun, and stimulating way.
The improvisation encouraged critical thinking, pushing each participant to reflect on how to approach daily challenges while offering new and alternative solutions for managing and promoting workplace safety.

“Safety is a collective exercise,” said Francesco Salvoro, HR & Safety Manager at Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A., emphasizing the importance of a shared commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for all.

Corporate theater not only addressed crucial topics such as injury prevention and occupational health, but also created a space for collaboration among employees, where every idea and every voice was heard.

To commemorate this important day, we have created a video that captures the most significant moments of this experience and allows us to relive the enthusiasm, commitment, and participation of Zanardi Fonderie’s employees in sharing the fundamental value of safety.
