We then focused on the <strong>awareness requirement<\/strong>, which requires all Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. collaborators to be <strong>aware of their impact on product quality<\/strong>, of the importance of each person\u2019s individual work in obtaining, maintaining and improving it, and of the risks resulting from a non-compliant product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-we-met-the-awareness-requirement-training-and-identification\">How we met the awareness requirement: training and identification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zanardi Fonderie S.p.A. met the requirement by raising the awareness of individual workers towards the automotive quality system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How?
